AN ACT concerning business.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Loan Advertising to Bankrupts Act is amended
by changing Section 0.01 as follows:
(815 ILCS 185/0.01) (was 720 ILCS 330/0.01)
Sec. 0.01. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the
Loan Advertising to Bankrupts Act.
