AN ACT concerning conservation.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The State Forest Act is amended by changing
Section 9 as follows:
(525 ILCS 40/9) (from Ch. 96 1/2, par. 5912)
Sec. 9. The The department shall have authority to
designate portions of the State forests as wildlife or fish
sanctuaries and shall promulgate rules and regulations for the
protection and breeding of wildlife or fish within such areas.
