Bill Title: Amends the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act. In a Section pertaining to the civil service board for the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District, provides that the civil service board shall, on or before the 31st day of January of each year (now, the 15th), make to the trustees a report concerning the actions of the civil service board and other specified information. Effective immediately.

| 1 | AN ACT concerning local government.
| ||||||
| 2 | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
| ||||||
| 3 | represented in the General Assembly:
| ||||||
| 4 | Section 5. The Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act | ||||||
| 5 | is amended by changing Section 4.17 as follows:
| ||||||
| 6 | (70 ILCS 2605/4.17) (from Ch. 42, par. 323.17)
| ||||||
| 7 | Sec. 4.17.
Said civil service board shall, on or before the | ||||||
| 8 | 31st 15th day of
January of each year, make to the trustees a | ||||||
| 9 | report showing its own action,
the rules in force, the | ||||||
| 10 | practical effects thereof and any suggestions it
may approve | ||||||
| 11 | for the more effectual accomplishment of the purposes of this
| ||||||
| 12 | Act. The trustees may require a report from said civil service | ||||||
| 13 | board at any
time.
