AN ACT concerning local government.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Local Government Electronic Reverse Auction
Act (enacted by PA 96-795) is amended by changing Section 1-1
as follows:
(50 ILCS 531/1-1)
Sec. 1-1. Short title. This Article may be cited as the the
Local Government Electronic Reverse Auction Act.
