AN ACT concerning local government.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Community Partnership for Deflection and
Substance Use Disorder Treatment Act is amended by changing
Section 1 as follows:
(50 ILCS 71/1) (was 5 ILCS 820/1)
Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the
Community Partnership for Deflection and Substance Use
Disorder Treatment Act.
