| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 641, AS AMENDED, | ||||||
| 3 | with reference to page and line numbers of Amendment No. 1 as | ||||||
| 4 | follows:

| 5 | on page 2, by replacing lines 13 through 20 with the following: | ||||||
| 6 | "(hereinafter called the Director). No licensee, or employee or | ||||||
| 7 | affiliate thereof, that is licensed under the Payday Loan | ||||||
| 8 | Reform Act shall obtain a license under this Act except that a | ||||||
| 9 | licensee under the Payday Loan Reform Act may obtain a license | ||||||
| 10 | under this Act for the exclusive purpose and use of making | ||||||
| 11 | title-secured loans, as defined in subsection (a) of Section 15 | ||||||
| 12 | of this Act and governed by Title 38, Section 110.300 of the | ||||||
| 13 | Illinois Administrative Code.".
