AN ACT concerning State government.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Department of Central Management Services
Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois is amended by
changing Section 405-1 as follows:

Sec. 405-1. Article short title. This Article 405 of the
the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois may be cited as the
Department of Central Management Services Law.
