AN ACT concerning State government.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Alcoholism and Other Drug Abuse and
Dependency Act is amended by changing Section 1-1 as follows:
(20 ILCS 301/1-1)
Sec. 1-1. Short Title. This Act may be cited as the the
Alcoholism and Other Drug Abuse and Dependency Act.
