AN ACT concerning regulation.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Carbon Dioxide Transportation and
Sequestration Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:
(220 ILCS 75/1)
Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the
Carbon Dioxide Transportation and Sequestration Act.
