AN ACT concerning local government.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Civic Center Code is amended by changing
Section 2-25 as follows:
(70 ILCS 200/2-25)
Sec. 2-25. Incurring obligations. The The Authority shall
not incur any obligations for salaries or for office or
administrative expenses except within the amounts of funds that
will be available to it when such obligations become payable.
