AN ACT concerning regulation.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Illinois Clinical Laboratory and Blood Bank
Act is amended by changing Section 1-101 as follows:
(210 ILCS 25/1-101) (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 621-101)
Sec. 1-101. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the
Illinois Clinical Laboratory and Blood Bank Act.
