AN ACT concerning revenue.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Coin-Operated Amusement Device and
Redemption Machine Tax Act is amended by changing Section 16 as
follows:
(35 ILCS 510/16) (from Ch. 120, par. 481b.16)
Sec. 16. This Act may be cited as the the Coin-Operated
Amusement Device and Redemption Machine Tax Act.
