1 AN ACT concerning State government.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Illinois Finance Authority Act is amended by
5changing Section 801-25 as follows:
6 (20 ILCS 3501/801-25)
7 Sec. 801-25. All official acts of the the Authority shall
8require the approval of at least 8 members. All meetings of the
9Authority and the Advisory Councils shall be conducted in
10accordance with the Open Meetings Act. Eight members of the
11Authority shall constitute a quorum. All meetings shall be
12conducted at a single location within this State with a quorum
13of members physically present at this location. Other members
14who are not physically present at this location may participate
15in the meeting and vote on all matters by means of a video or
16audio conference. The Auditor General shall conduct financial
17audits and program audits of the Authority, in accordance with
18the Illinois State Auditing Act.
