AN ACT concerning civil law.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Adoption Act is amended by changing Section
4 as follows:
(750 ILCS 50/4) (from Ch. 40, par. 1505)
Sec. 4. Venue. An adoption proceeding may be commenced in
any county in this this State.
