AN ACT concerning criminal law.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Prevention of Tobacco Use by Persons under
21 Years of Age and Sale and Distribution of Tobacco Products
Act is amended by changing Section 0.01 as follows:
(720 ILCS 675/0.01) (from Ch. 23, par. 2356.9)
Sec. 0.01. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the
Prevention of Tobacco Use by Persons under 21 Years of Age and
Sale and Distribution of Tobacco Products Act.
