New Act

1 AN ACT concerning agriculture.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the Plant
5Advertising Act.
6 Section 5. Prohibited advertising. Nurseries in this State
7shall not advertise plants as "bee-friendly" if a systemic
8insecticide has been used on the plants. As used in this Act,
9"nursery" has the meaning ascribed to that term in the Insect
