AN ACT making appropriations.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The following named amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, are appropriated to the Department of Healthcare and Family Services for provision of health care coverage as elected by eligible members per the State Employees Group Insurance Act of 1971:

From the General Revenue Fund............... $1,411,510,900

From the Road Fund............................ $165,293,800

From the Health Insurance

Reserve Fund.............................. $2,390,682,900

Total $3,967,487,600

Section 10. The following named amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects and purposes hereinafter named are appropriated to the Department of Central Management Services:

PAYABLE FROM GROUP INSURANCE PREMIUM FUND
