AN ACT concerning business.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Predatory Loan Prevention Act is amended by
changing Section 15-1-1 as follows:
(815 ILCS 123/15-1-1)
Sec. 15-1-1. Short title. This Article may be cited as the
the Predatory Loan Prevention Act. References in this Article
to "this Act" mean this Article.
