Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Controlled Substances Act. Provides that in determining the appropriate sentence for a conviction under the Act, the sentencing court may consider as a factor the transportation of controlled substances from one county in this State into another county in this State or from one state into this State. Effective immediately.
