Bill Title: Amends the General Assembly Compensation Act. In a provision concerning the office allowance that is paid to General Assembly members, provides that "travel in connection with a member's duties" includes travel by a member to participate in a meeting or event held by the National Conference of State Legislatures or the Council of State Governments. Effective immediately.
