Bill Title: Reinserts the provisions of the introduced bill with the following changes. Provides that a disclosure of information that is exempt under federal law can be made only in response to a request made under the Domestic Violence Fatality Review Act but only to the extent not otherwise subject to federal regulations concerning the confidentiality of substance abuse disorder patient records. Effective immediately.
