Summary
Reinserts the provisions of the introduced bill with the following changes. Provides that any person who, in good faith, relies on a copy of an Authorized Relative Certification has the same immunities from criminal and civil liability as those who rely on a power of attorney for health care as provided in Section 30 of the Health Care Surrogate Act.
