Summary

Reinserts the provisions of the introduced bill. Provides that for grant years 2027 and 2028, the income eligibility limitation amounts shall be increased by an amount equal to the percentage increase of the cost-of-living adjustment issued by the Social Security Administration. Provides that the Department on Aging shall determine the dates upon which the new adjusted amounts take effect and shall publish the adjusted amounts on its website. Makes other changes.
