| 1 | AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3967 | ||||||
| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3967, AS AMENDED, | ||||||
| 3 | with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. | ||||||
| 4 | 1, on page 20, line 6, by replacing "program" with "Program | ||||||
| 5 | (Program)"; and | ||||||
| 6 | on page 20, by replacing lines 11 through 19 with the | ||||||
| 7 | following: | ||||||
| 8 | "increments as part of the Program, but fails to do so, | ||||||
| 9 | shall be subject to Section 14 of the Illinois Wage | ||||||
| 10 | Payment and Collection Act, including penalties and fees. | ||||||
| 11 | Employees not receiving the full CNA tenure and promotion | ||||||
| 12 | payment wage scale in accordance with 89 Ill. Adm. Code | ||||||
| 13 | 147.345(d) shall be entitled to recovery through a claim | ||||||
| 14 | under Section 14 of the Illinois Wage Payment and | ||||||
| 15 | Collection Act. The changes made to this paragraph by this | ||||||
| 16 | amendatory Act of the 104th General Assembly are | ||||||
| 17 | declaratory of existing law.". | ||||||
