AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3917
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3917, AS AMENDED,
with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment
No. 3 on page 1, line 7, by replacing "works," with "works, as
well as for privately owned sewage treatment works,"; and
on page 1, line 11, by replacing "facilities," with
"industrial facilities,"; and
on page 1, line 13, by replacing "methods" with "methods. Upon
permit renewal, a determination may be made by the Agency that
sample results demonstrate perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl
substances are consistently below the minimum level (ML) of
quantification. If the Agency makes such a determination, then
the Agency may reduce sampling frequency in the NPDES permit";
and
on page 2, line 2, by replacing "works," with "works, as well
