AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3907
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3907, AS AMENDED,
with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment
No. 1, on page 599, line 9, by deleting "a municipality or";
and
on page 601, line 7, after "plan", by inserting "for the
location of the special activities program"; and
on page 601, immediately below line 10, by inserting the
following:
"(7) A municipality, or 2 or more municipalities
pursuant to the Intergovernmental Cooperation Act, if it
meets the provisions of subparagraphs (B) through (G) of
paragraph (6) of this subsection (d-5) when applicable.".
