1 | AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3905

2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3905 on page 1, by | ||||||
3 | replacing line 11 with the following: | ||||||
4 | " (b) The Committee shall be comprised of the following | ||||||
5 | members, and the appointed members of the Committee shall be | ||||||
6 | appointed to the "; and

7 | by replacing line 14 of page 1 through line 1 of page 2 with | ||||||
8 | the following: | ||||||
9 | " (1) The Governor, or his or her designee, who shall | ||||||
10 | serve as chairperson.

11 | (2) The Director of the Illinois Environmental | ||||||
12 | Protection Agency, or his or her designee. | ||||||
13 | (3) One member appointed by the President of the | ||||||
14 | Senate. | ||||||

17 | (5) One member appointed by the Speaker of the House |

20 | (E) one member who is a representative of a | ||||||
21 | statewide organization representing drinking water | ||||||
22 | agencies. | ||||||
23 | The Committee shall meet at "; and

6 | (8) Any recommendations for changes to the programs | ||||||
7 | must be fully consistent with federal law and must not | ||||||
8 | adversely affect any community's eligibility for loans | ||||||
