AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3703
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3703 as follows:
on page 2, line 7, by replacing "application" with "testing
fees"; and
on page 2, line 7, after "check", by inserting "and
fingerprinting fee"; and
on page 2, line 8, by replacing "applications, or licenses"
with "the Illinois license by exam fee,"; and
on page 2, by replacing lines 10 through 12 with the following:
"degree nursing program, as determined by the Commission.";
and
on page 2, line 15, by replacing ", beginning with" with "and
no sooner than the beginning of"; and

on page 3, by replacing lines 21 through 24 with the following:
"nursing program to the Commission for the previous academic
year to assist the Commission with determining the appropriate
amount of funding to distribute to an eligible applicant under
the program, in accordance with subsection (b)."; and
