| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3545 by replacing | ||||||
| 3 | line 4 on page 13 through line 12 on page 14 with the | ||||||
| 4 | following: | ||||||
| 5 | "Section 10. The Pretrial Services Act is amended by | ||||||
| 6 | adding Section 7.5 as follows: | ||||||
| 7 | (725 ILCS 185/7.5 new) | ||||||
| 8 | Sec. 7.5. Collaboration. Pretrial services agencies may | ||||||
| 9 | collaborate with the policing bodies of this State, the clerks | ||||||
| 10 | of the circuit court, the sheriffs, and the State's Attorneys | ||||||
| 11 | to assist in maintaining complete and accurate criminal | ||||||
| 12 | records of the Illinois State Police under the Criminal | ||||||
| 13 | Identification Act.". | ||||||
