| 1 | AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3530

| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3530 on page 5, by | ||||||
| 3 | replacing lines 14 through 16 with "voter", or "voter with a | ||||||
| 4 | disability" means a person who has a physical or mental | ||||||
| 5 | impairment that substantially limits one or more major life | ||||||
| 6 | activities, a person who has a history or record of such an | ||||||
| 7 | impairment, or a person who is perceived by others as having | ||||||
