with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment
No. 1, on page 1, line 15, after the period, by inserting "For
the purposes of re-renters of hotel rooms only, "hotel" does
not include a short-term rental."; and
on page 4, line 23, by replacing "January 1, 2025" with "July
1, 2024"; and
