| 1 | AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3449 | ||||||
| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3449 on page 37, | ||||||
| 3 | by replacing lines 10 through 12 with the following: | ||||||
| 4 | ""Verification process" means a method of authenticating | ||||||
| 5 | the mobile identification card electronic credential through | ||||||
| 6 | the use of secured encryption communication."; and | ||||||
| 7 | on page 38, by replacing line 9 with "other related actions and | ||||||
| 8 | may not be maintained or stored for longer than what is | ||||||
| 9 | strictly necessary for the purpose for which the information | ||||||
| 10 | was provided. Information obtained from an"; and | ||||||
| 11 | on page 47, by replacing lines 13 and 14 with the following: | ||||||
