AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3265
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3265 on page 14,
line 10, by deleting "and under the general supervision of a
dentist"; and
on page 14, immediately below line 11, by inserting the
following:
"(1) ensures that local anesthetics are not
administered to a patient unless a dentist has first
assessed the patient and made a record in the patient's
chart that local anesthetics are necessary for the
patient's treatment;"; and
on page 14, line 12, by replacing "(1)" with "(2)"; and
on page 14, line 15, by replacing "(2)" with "(3)".
