AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3215
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3215 on page 7, by
replacing line 3 with the following:
"for such period as may be designated by the holder of the
certificate, such period not to exceed 36 months from the date
of the assignment to the collector.".
