| 4 | by deleting line 24 on page 39 through line 17 on page 46; and | ||||||
| 5 | on page 47, by replacing line 4 with "administrative fee | ||||||
| 6 | imposed by the county or municipality or the Illinois State | ||||||
| 7 | Police"; and | ||||||
| 8 | by replacing line 25 on page 80 through line 2 on page 81 with | ||||||
| 9 | "side of the intersection, or if none, before entering the | ||||||
| 10 | crosswalk on the near side of the intersection or, in the event | ||||||
| 11 | there is no crosswalk, at a clearly marked stop line, but if". | ||||||
