with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment
No. 1, on page 1, line 6, by replacing "Sections 57.3 and 57.5"
with "Section 57.3"; and
by deleting line 22 on page 24 through line 23 on page 25.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
becoming law.".
