| 1 | AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3021

| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3021 by replacing | ||||||
| 3 | lines 15 through 22 on page 3 with the following:

| 4 | "(4) Any organization employing or desiring to employ a | ||||||
| 5 | documented or undocumented immigrant an alien or
| ||||||
| 6 | nonimmigrant alien, where the organization, its employees | ||||||
| 7 | or its agents
provide advice or assistance in immigration | ||||||
| 8 | matters to documented or undocumented immigrant alien or | ||||||
| 9 | nonimmigrant
alien employees or potential employees | ||||||
| 10 | without compensation from the
individuals to whom such | ||||||
| 11 | advice or assistance is provided.".
