AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3020
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3020, AS AMENDED,
as follows:
on page 8, immediately below line 22, by inserting:
"(c) Notwithstanding Section 75 of the Architectural,
Engineering, and Land Surveying Qualifications Based Selection
Act, that Act shall not apply to procurements under this Act.";
and
on page 28, by deleting lines 9 through 18.".
