AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2989, AS AMENDED,
with reference to page and lines of House Amendment No. 1, as
follows:
on page 31, line 20, by deleting "or"; and
on page 31, line 21, after "Code", by inserting ", or a rail
carrier, as defined in Section 10102 of Title 49 of the United
States Code".
