AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2913, AS AMENDED,
with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
2, on page 5, lines 13 and 19, by replacing "Healthcare and
Family Services" each time it appears with "Human Services";
and
on page 9, line 23, by deleting "local"; and
on page 14, by replacing lines 11 through 13 with "the reason
why the applicant is ineligible. If the application for any
