AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2891, AS AMENDED,
with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment
No. 1, as follows:
on page 3, line 17, by replacing "shall immediately" with
"shall, within one business day,"; and
on page 4, by replacing lines 18 through 19 with "(6)
Information describing whether the dog has killed a companion
animal or livestock or has been deemed a dangerous dog under
Section 15.1 of the Animal Control Act and any restrictions
that may apply to the dog, if known."; and
on page 4, line 20 by replacing "If" with "Information
