AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2874
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2874 as follows:
on page 4, immediately below line 22, by inserting the
following:
"As used in item (13) of this subsection (a), "item
redeemable for monetary value" means cash, cards, coupons, or
other items that may be traded for money, goods, or services
without the need to resell, return, or exchange the item."; and
on page 6, immediately below line 19, by inserting the
following:
"Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
becoming law.".
