| 1 | AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2856

| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2856 on page 1, | ||||||
| 3 | line 16, by inserting after "Police" the following:

| 4 | "or is a person who is exempt under Section 2 of the Firearm | ||||||
| 5 | Owners Identification Card Act from the requirement of having | ||||||
| 6 | in his or her possession a Firearm Owner's Identification Card | ||||||
| 7 | previously issued in his or her name by the Department of State | ||||||
| 8 | Police".
