| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2845 on page 1, | ||||||
| 3 | line 5, after "12-183", by inserting "and by adding Section | ||||||
| 4 | 5-127"; and
| ||||||
| 5 | on page 20, by inserting immediately below line 18 the | ||||||
| 6 | following:

| 7 | "(735 ILCS 5/5-127 new) | ||||||
| 8 | Sec. 5-127. Charges relating to electronic filing. All | ||||||
| 9 | charges relating to the electronic filing of cases and | ||||||
| 10 | pleadings, imposed by the court, clerk of the court, county, or | ||||||
| 11 | a person with whom the court, clerk, or county may contract, | ||||||
| 12 | are taxable as court costs.".
