| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2519 on page 1, by | ||||||
| 3 | replacing line 6 with "5, 15, 25, 27, and 65 as follows:"; and

| 4 | on page 10, immediately below line 19, by inserting the | ||||||
| 5 | following:

| 6 | "(210 ILCS 32/65)

| 7 | Sec. 65. Rules. The Department shall adopt rules necessary | ||||||
| 8 | to administer and enforce any Section of this Act. Rulemaking | ||||||
| 9 | shall not delay the full implementation of implement this Act.
