| 4 | 1, by replacing everything from line 13 on page 1 through line | ||||||
| 5 | 4 on page 2 with the following:

| 6 | "with more than 1,000,000 inhabitants, and a public housing | ||||||
| 7 | authority located in whole or in part within a municipality | ||||||
| 8 | with more than 1,000,000 inhabitants; the term "governmental | ||||||
| 9 | participant" specifically"; and

| 10 | on page 3, by replacing lines 17 through 20 with the following: | ||||||
| 11 | ""Vendor" means any law firm that provides any | ||||||
