AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2273
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2273 on page 1,
line 14, by replacing "Illinois." with "Illinois, except as
provided in subsection (b-11)."; and
on page 3, by replacing line 4 with the following:
"Electronic Registration Information Center, except as
provided in subsection (b-11).
(b-11) The State Board of Elections may enter into an
exclusive voter data sharing agreement with a state that: (1)
borders Illinois, and (2) does not participate in the
Electronic Registration Information Center.".
