AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2271
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2271 on page 6,
line 7, by inserting after "Code." the following:
"Nothing in this subsection (m) shall be construed to shorten a
period within which a prosecution must be commenced under any
other provision of this Section or Section 3-5.".
