AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2104
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2104 on page 3,
line 4, by inserting after the period the following:
"However, this subsection is not intended to mandate the use of
original equipment manufacturer repair parts that may be
recommended in a repair specification or procedure by the
original equipment manufacturer for those parts, and this
subsection is not applicable to glass repair, replacement, or
associated advanced driver assistance system calibration.";
and
on page 5, line 2, by changing "by" to "and procedures by"; and
on page 5, line 5, by inserting after the period the following:
"However, this subsection is not intended to mandate the use of
original equipment manufacturer repair parts that may be

on page 5, by inserting immediately below line 5 the following:
"(i) Subsections (g) and (h) of this Section do not apply
to glass repair, replacement, or associated advanced driver
assistance system calibration.".
