| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2004 by replacing | ||||||
| 3 | everything after the enacting clause with the following:

| 7 | Sec. 105. State microbe. Penicillium rubens NRRL 1951 is | ||||||
| 8 | designated the official State microbe of the State of | ||||||
